1) Width and length: Cut as per customer's requirement
2)Thickness: 0.18-0.3mm
3) Alloy: 8011
4) Temper: H14 H16
5) Color: Various colors are available as per customer's requirement
6) Packaging detail: Wooden box or plastic wrap
Performance of printed aluminum sheet:
1) In complete sizes and sorts, with clear and beautiful pattern.
2) If applying fluorescence, change to different temperatures and composite anti-forging printing technique, the effect will be better.
3) High temperature resistant without any distortion and color change;
4) The paint won't peel off during production;
5) Tensile Strength: 145;
6) Yield Strength: 136-137;
7) Elongation: 2.0;
8) Earing Rate: <2%;
9) It's the best material for bottle caps;
10) Small order is acceptable.
