Magnesium alloy pipes AZ31B

1. The raw material of producing the magnesium alloy pipe is semi-continuous casting mg alloy rod. The advantage of semi-continuous mg alloy rod is more refined in inner structure, more uniform in compositions, more density than cast rod. It has also advantage of more strength and more elongation.

The process of producing mg alloy pipe is extrusion. The extrusion process ensure that the pipe has most of advantages with high strength and without cracks, shrink holes, cold shuts, oxide slag inclusion or solvent slag inclusion. This kind of pipe can meet all kinds of clients’ requirement.

3. Standard: GB/T5153-2003  or ASTM B107/B107m-92

4. Application: the mg alloy pipe can be used in solar-heater, automobile, motor, bicycle, aerospace shuttle, consumer appliance, electric and power industry, anti-corrosion project, and so on.

Outer diameter 25 with 2.5mm wallthickness(there are 6 reinforcing ribs in inner of pipe )

Outer diameter 32 with 1.5mm wallthickness

Outer diameter 34 with 2.0mm wallthickness

Outer diameter 40 with 2.5mm wallthickness
